Common questions

I paid, but Premium is locked. Open the Profile tab and choose “Restore purchases”. Make sure you are signed in to the store with the same account you used for the purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by the app. On iPhone, iPad and Mac: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions.

How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Google Play order history.

I found a mistake in a rule or an exercise. Use “Report a mistake” in the lesson, or email us.
